The Central Election Commission announced the
alternation of the 10th legislator electoral districts of Taichung City, Tainan
City, Kaohsiung City, Hsinchu County and Pingtung County on January 11, 2019.
After the alternation, the seats quota for the 10th legislator election
districts of Tainan City and Hsinchu County are both increased by 1 seat. For
the electoral districts of Kaohsiung City and Pingtung County, each seats quota
is decreased by 1 seat, and shall employ the number of the quota to divide the
same electoral districts within its regions. The number of the quota and
electoral districts of other municipalities and counties (cities) stay the
same.
